Outer Banks Season 3 Ending Explained

Ward was waiting for Big John, John B., and Sarah with a gun in hand when they escaped. By that point, the remaining Pogues members arrived. JJ, Kie, Pope, and Cleo all vowed “P4L” before charging Ward. Sarah, however, stood up to her father and removed the revolver from his hands.
