Ranchi, St Xavier’s School bus hits woman to death

The incident took place at Kadru overbridge under Argora police station area around 4 pm.

A lady died while his son sustained injuries after a bus carrying the name of St Xavier’s School, Doranda, passed brushing the Scooty his son was driving. The incident took place at Kadru overbridge under Argora police station area around 4 pm.

The deceased was identified as Asha Pandey (50), wife of Ashok Kumar Pandey who resides at Singhmore Latma Road under Jagannathpur police station while the injured was identified as Ashish Raj (27).

Police have seized the vehicles involved in the incident.

Officer-in-charge of Argora police station Vinod Kumar confirmed the incident saying after the incident the woman was taken to Gurunanak Hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead while started treatment of his son.

Probed further he expressed his inability saying he has started a probe.
