Sara Lee Cause of Death: Former WWE Tough Enough Winner Dies

Lee and WWE wrestler Westin Blake (formerly known as Wesley Blake) were married and had three children.

Sara Lee Cause of Death: The death of professional wrestler Sara Lee was declared a suicide by Texas medical examiners on Friday, who determined that the 30-year-old ingested a lethal combination of alcohol and drugs.

Lee, best known for winning the 2015 WWE “Tough Enough” reality television series, passed away at her San Antonio residence on October 5, according to officials.

A spokesperson for the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office told NBC News on Friday that her death was declared a suicide by “mixed drug toxicity” as amphetamines, doxylamine, and alcohol were all found in her system.

Lee died in October 2022 at the age of thirty. In 2015, Lee won the sixth season of WWE’s Tough Enough, a reality competition series that followed people contending for a contract with WWE. She was awarded a one-year contract with WWE, but her career was short-lived after the agreement expired.

Lee and WWE wrestler Westin Blake (formerly known as Wesley Blake) were married and had three children.
