Kim and Kroy getting a divorce: Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann have concluded their celebration! After 11 years of marriage, both Kim and Kroy have filed for divorce. According to a document obtained by ET, the former NFL player and the star of Don’t Be Tardy filed for divorce on May 5, citing a “bona fide state of separation.”

According to the paperwork filed in Fulton County, Georgia, Kroy’s marriage is “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.” He is seeking temporary and permanent sole legal and physical custody of the couple’s four minor children. Their two older children are neither adaptable nor available for guardianship.

Kroy requests temporary and ongoing child support, claiming he “brought the certain separate property into the marriage and sought an award of the same.” Kroy also requests the right to exclusive, transient, and permanent use and possession of the couple’s residence, as well as an equitable division of any debts and responsibilities incurred during the Marriage.

In addition, Kroy requests reimbursement for his legal fees and court expenditures. Kim reportedly applied for divorce on the same day at Kroy in Fulton County, per ET. According to the petition received by ET from Kim, the couple has been separated since April 30.

Kim requests temporary and permanent child support as well as joint legal and primary physical custody of the children. In addition, she seeks alimony because she is “dependent upon Kroy” for financial “support and maintenance.”

Initially, the divorce between Kroy and Kim was reported by TMZ. Kim, 44, and Kroy, 37, are the parents of nine-year-old twins Kaia and Kane, Kroy, 11, Kash, 10, and Kim. Kim’s two eldest daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, were adopted by Kroy during their marriage.

No new date for the sale of the house has been set, according to the law firm, which declined to provide a reason for the postponement. The residence was scheduled to be auctioned off on March 7 at the Fulton County Courthouse by Truist Bank, according to a notice of foreclosure filed in Fulton County in February.

As stated in the notice of foreclosure, Kim and Kroy’s default on the $1.65 million loan they obtained to purchase the home on October 23, 2012, led to the foreclosure, as reported by ET.
