According to a document obtained by ET, the former NFL player and the star of Don’t Be Tardy filed for divorce on May 5, citing a “bona fide state of separation.”
According to the paperwork filed in Fulton County, Georgia, Kroy’s marriage is “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.” He is seeking temporary and permanent sole legal and physical custody of the couple’s four minor children. Their two older children are neither adaptable nor available for guardianship.

In addition, Kroy requests reimbursement for his legal fees and court expenditures. Kim reportedly applied for divorce on the same day at Kroy in Fulton County, per ET. According to the petition received by ET from Kim, the couple has been separated since April 30.
Kim requests temporary and permanent child support as well as joint legal and primary physical custody of the children. In addition, she seeks alimony because she is “dependent upon Kroy” for financial “support and maintenance.”

After attending a football game together in February, Kroy was no longer featured on Kim’s Instagram account.
