Momin was last seen wearing a navy blue shirt, according to her family, who spent all of Sunday distributing flyers in the hopes of locating her. The message read:
“It has been just over 24 hours since a Spring teen vanished after exiting the Galveston Pleasure Pier. Family and colleagues spent the day distributing flyers and conducting surveillance, but have no idea what transpired. She was last seen donning a shirt of navy blue. If you have any information, please contact the Galveston Police at 409-765-3628.”
While the online community, concerned for Amtul Momin’s safety, shared the Facebook post about her disappearance to help spread the word, a social media user announced that she had been located.
