1312 Stimulus Payment: How can you be eligible?

Persons who want to be qualified must legally reside in Alaska, have done so for at least one year, and have no plans to leave the state soon.

Also, the person must not have gotten any rewards from saying they lived in another state or country.

To qualify for the Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD), applicants must have lived in Alaska for at least 72 consecutive hours within the past 24 months. Additionally, they cannot have been incarcerated in the past year for a crime or have been convicted of a felony or two misdemeanors since January 1, 1997.

Applications for the PFD are accepted annually from January 1 to March 31, either by mail or online. Every eligible member of the household, including children, must submit individual applications.
