Alaska’s officials already shared the exact payment dates. If your application is approved and marked “Eligible – Not Paid” by July 9, then you should get your payment on July 17, 2025. If you’re still waiting and your application is marked eligible by August 13, then your payment will come on August 21, 2025. So, anyone who qualifies should keep a close watch on their application status to know when their money is coming.
Who can Qualify for this Payment?
To get the $1,702 payment this year, you must meet some basic rules.
- You should have lived in Alaska for all of 2023. That means no long trips away and no living in other states or countries during that time.
- You also cannot have claimed to live in another place since December 31, 2023.
- You won’t qualify if you’ve had any felony charges or were in jail for a felony or serious misdemeanor during the past year.
- You can’t have been outside of Alaska for more than 180 days in 2023, unless it was for allowed reasons like school, work, or military duty.
