  • The citizen must be a permanent resident of the United States.
  • For individual filers earning up to $75,000 per year.
  • Married couples filing jointly with combined income of less than $150,000.
  • The citizen must have a valid social security number.
  • If you have received segregation for retirement, disability or “captivity test” operation.
