This incentive check will be sent to people directly, which will help the business. Before receiving the stimulus check, people must verify their eligibility at irs.gov.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has given grants to people in need.

During hard times in 2023, the IRS sent a lot of money to American families to help them out. But a lot of people are having a hard time with money right now and are looking for other options.

People who get Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) will get more money in 2024 if they are on Social Security.

With the start of the new cost-of-living adjustment (COLA), millions of seniors in the US can look forward to a small boost in their Social Security payments in January.

In 2024, the Social Security COLA will be 3.2%. This raise is meant to lessen the impact of rising prices for things like food, gas, and other needs.

When will the 2024 payment come?

Starting in January 2024, people who get Social Security or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) will get payments that are spread out over time to cover the 3.2% COLA 2024 raise.

SSI’s first check would have been better on Friday, December 29, 2023, but January 1, 2024 was a holiday.

For people who started getting benefits before May 1997, the next payment is due on January 3. For people whose birthday is between January 1 and January 10, the next payment is due on January 10.
