AT&T Settlement Deadline: Last Days to Claim Up to $7,500 in November 2025

AT&T customers have just a few days left to file their claims for the 2025 settlement. Eligible users can receive up to $7,500, but forms must be submitted before the November deadline.

AT&T Settlement Deadline: Many AT&T customers are now rushing because only a few days are left to send claim forms for the $177 million class-action settlement. This settlement comes from two big data leaks that took place in 2024.

People who qualify can get money, and some can even receive up to $7,500, depending on how much of their private information was exposed. The company has not said it did anything wrong, but it has admitted that both incidents really happened.

What happened in the 2024 Data Leaks

The first breach took place on March 30, 2024, when private customer information like Social Security numbers, addresses, passcodes, and billing details ended up on the dark web. The second one occurred on July 12, 2024, when someone downloaded call and text logs without getting permission. Both events affected millions of people who used AT&T during those years.

People who are not sure if they can file a claim can call Kroll Settlement Administration at 833-890-4930 for help. All claim forms need to be sent online or mailed by Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025, or they will not be accepted at all.

Two settlement groups have been made for the March breach. Some customers can ask for money by showing proof of loss, while others can choose between Tier 1 or Tier 2 cash payment. Tier 1 is for people whose Social Security numbers leaked, and Tier 2 is for everyone else. Tier 1 gives five times more payment than Tier 2. The July breach has a Tier 3 group, and people can get up to $2,500 if they show documents or choose the cash option from that tier.

How People can Send their Claims in Time

People hit by both March and July leaks can get as much as $7,500 in total. The settlement offers money based on what type of data leaked and how serious the leak was. The website asks for basic details like a class member ID, AT&T account number, name, or email. After that, the page checks if the person is part of the settlement and then asks for documents if needed. Online claims can be filed at www.telecomdatasettlement.com.

Social Security Benefits May Increase Benefits by $200 Monthly

People can also mail their form to:

AT&T Data Incident Settlement,
c/o Kroll Settlement Administration LLC,
P.O. Box 5324, New York, NY 10150-5324.

The mailed form must be postmarked no later than Nov. 18, 2025, or it will not count. The March breach allows up to $5,000 for documented loss, while the July breach allows up to $2,500. The Tier 1 cash payment from the March breach gives five times more money than Tier 2 because Social Security numbers carry higher risk.
