The easiest way to activate your card is online.

Go to the official page at secure.serve.com/login/jacksonhewitt.
Sign in using the username and password you created during the “Online Account Setup” email.
Once logged in, look for the card activation notification.
You may need to click the arrow or scroll to see the “Activate” button.
You will then need to enter your card number and the 4-digit security code (CSC) found on the back of the card.

2. Activate via Phone
