SNAP Florida Payment Schedule: The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP (people also call it food stamps), helps low-income families in Florida buy healthy food. The Florida Department of Children and Families runs this program in the state.

People don’t get the SNAP money in cash. Instead, the money gets added every month to an EBT card. This card works just like a debit card and can be used in stores that accept it.

SNAP benefits are sent out from the 1st to the 28th of the month. The exact date depends on your case number. They look at the ninth and eighth numbers in your case number (but in reverse), and skip the tenth number. That decides your payment day.

Most people get their SNAP money right at midnight on their payment day. In nearly every case, the money is ready to use by the morning of that same day.
