However, if you receive SNAP benefits and live in Texas or Florida, it may take until July 28 for you to receive your benefits.

Who in Alabama and Arkansas will be eligible for SNAP on July 4?

  • The way that paydays are distributed may vary by State or U.S. territory. For instance, Alabama uses the last two digits of the SNAP recipient’s case number. EBT will be reloaded on Independence Day for customers whose case numbers conclude in 00–04.
  • Arkansas uses the recipient’s Social Security number, so if yours ends in 0 or 1, you will also receive food stamps on July 4th. The July 2024 SNAP Payment Amount is $291 for an individual, $973 for four, and $1,751 for eight.
  • These are the maximum SNAP benefits; your actual benefit may be lower if you work or have additional sources of income. Puerto Rico is another place that uses Social Security numbers, but if yours ends in 0, you can apply on July 4th for Food Stamps. In addition, if you are homeless, you receive it on July 4th.

Who is qualified for July 4 in Maryland, Minnesota, and Mississippi?

SSNs and case numbers are not used in Maryland. You must determine if the first three digits of your last name are between AAA and BAO. If your last name falls under this category, you will receive food assistance on Independence Day.

In Minnesota, SNAP will start distributing the July 2024 payment amount on July 4th. If the last digit of your case number is 4, your EBT card will be refilled on July 4th; otherwise, the state will continue distributing food stamps until July 21st. The last two digits of the client’s case number determine the payment schedule.

For instance, in Mississippi, SNAP payments will be issued on Independence Day if your case number ends in 00-04.
