SSDI Payment August: We have all the information you require if you’re unsure about whether you’ll get your Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) payment this Wednesday. Not everyone receives their deposit on the same day since the Social Security Administration (SSA) has been disbursing SSDI benefits on a staggered basis since 1997. Who will receive this week’s dividend next?

SSDI benefits are paid by the SSA according to the beneficiaries’ dates of birth. Recipients born between the first and the thirty-first of the month receive benefits on separate Wednesdays under the staggered schedule.

Social Security Eligibility Changes: Discover the New Conditions for SSDI Eligibility

This Wednesday is your payday if your birthday falls between the 11th and the 20th of the month. Make sure to mark your calendars! Your deposit will be deposited directly into your bank account on August 21.

Your SSDI payment is sent on the second Wednesday of each month to those whose birthdays fall between the first and the tenth and the fourth Wednesday of the month to people whose birthdays fall between the twenty-first and the thirty-first.

SSDI Payment August: What about special cases?

Your payments are made on a different timetable if you started receiving SSDI benefits before May 1997, or if you are also enrolled in the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program. In these cases, the SSI deposit is received on the third of the month, and your SSDI payout is received on the first.

If your SSDI payment is late, the Social Security Administration (SSA) says you should wait at least three working days before taking any action. Talk to your bank again after this time to ensure everything is okay. Not yet paid? You can report the trouble and get help at the Social Security office in your area.

If you still receive paper checks, wait three days after the normal mailing date before contacting the Social Security Administration (SSA) to request a replacement check or review.

This Wednesday, be sure to check your accounts—your SSDI payout might be just a click away!
