Stimulus Payment 1112: In Colorado, residents can receive up to $1,112 through the Property Tax, Rent, Heat (PTC) Rebate program, even if they don’t have a social security number. This is offered by the state’s Department of Revenue.

With $7 million in funding, the program helps low-income individuals, seniors, and people with disabilities get through the colder months.

Candidates must have paid their rent, property taxes, and heating bills during the PTC period and have resided in Colorado from January 1 to December 31, 2023. Additionally, they cannot have made a claim on another person’s federal income tax return as a dependent.

Payment to applicants who submit their applications and have them accepted and processed before December 10th, 2025, should start on January 5th.

The next payment date is October 5, 2024, for those who submitted and had their application approved between June 11 and September 10, 2024.

What other details are there regarding the PTC rebate?

It’s important to ensure that the address on your PTC application matches the one on your Colorado ID or driver’s license.

You can change your address online or by calling the Motor Vehicle Division if you need to. Your refund might take longer to arrive if the addresses don’t match.

You can get an Alternate Identification Number (AIAN) instead of a Social Security Number (SSN) or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) if you want to get a rebate but don’t have either.
