Summer EBT 2024: Which States are Providing Extra Food Stamps for Summer?

Food Stamps provide financial assistance for SNAP beneficiaries, helping low-income households pay for summer meals for children during school vacations, allowing them to purchase groceries.

Summer EBT: Food Stamps are used to provide financial assistance to people who apply for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits; they are no longer known as Food Stamps per se. This is donated to those who are unable to pay for their children’s summertime meals when school is not in session.
