Kirti Mandir, also known as the Temple of Fame, is a memorial to Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi in his birthplace of Porbandar, Gujarat. The foundation stone for Kirti Mandir is said to have been laid in 1947, and the structure was finished in 1950, by which time Gandhiji had died.
