Arnold Strongman Classic 2024: One of the most eagerly anticipated events of the Arnold Sports Festival is the Arnold Strongman Classic in 2024. On March 1 and 2, the Arnold Strongman Classic took place over two days.
The Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio’s Strongman Arena, served as the venue for all of the Strongman Classic’s competitions. Arnold Schwarzenegger and former FBI agent Jim Lorimer founded the event, which has grown to be one of the biggest bodybuilding competitions in the world.
At first, the Arnold Sports Festival was a bodybuilding competition. But as the event grew in prominence, more and more sports were added to the schedule. One of the festival’s most well-liked activities is the Arnold Strongman Classic.
Events like the Elephant Bar Deadlift, Frame Carry, Dinnie Stone Carry, Apollon Wheels, and Stone Medley are all part of the Strongman Classic. Along with hefty prize money, the event’s competitors receive the esteemed title.

Among the numerous activities that comprise the Arnold Sports Festival is the Arnold Strongman Classic. At first, the sports festival did not include the strongman. But the event was created at the suggestion of well-known American powerlifter Dr. Terry Todd.
In 2002, the Strongman Classic was introduced. WWE standout and well-known wrestler Mark Henry won the event’s inaugural tournament. The strongman has greatly expanded and gained worldwide popularity since that time.
Competitors from all over the world compete in the Strongman Classic, which is widely recognized as the hardest and heaviest strongman competition worldwide.
Zydrunas Savickas, a powerlifter from Lithuania, has been among the best competitors in the strongman competition. From 2003 until 2008, he was victorious in every competition. Savickas set three records over his whole participation period in the Tire Deadlift, Circus Dumbbell, and Manhood Stones.
