ISSF World Championships in Baku 2023: The competition, conducted in the capital of Azerbaijan from August 17 to 24, will award more than 65 sets of medals across the disciplines of rifle, pistol, and shotgun, as well as 48 direct Olympic quotas for Paris 2024. From August 17 to 24, 2023, the ISSF World Championships will take place in Baku, Azerbaijan.
There will be a total of 67 medal sets awarded across the men’s, women’s, and mixed shooting disciplines, with 1,329 shooters from 101 countries competing. The top four competitors from each nation in each individual Olympic event can also earn National Olympic Committee (NOC) quotas for Paris 2024.
