Who Is Dillon Danis?

Dillon Danis was born in New Jersey, United States, on 22 August 1993. At a tender age, he began training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art emphasising ground fighting and submission techniques, which introduced him to combat sports.

Under the tutelage of the legendary BJJ practitioner Marcelo Garcia, Danis rapidly established himself as a grappling prodigy, earning his black belt and obtaining his black belt quickly.

From BJJ Tournaments to UFC’s Main Event

As a result of his participation in numerous BJJ competitions, where he displayed his exceptional skills and submission prowess, Danis garnered widespread recognition.

His exploits caught the eye of UFC superstar Conor McGregor, resulting in a coaching position within McGregor’s training camp. This partnership increased Danis’ visibility and piqued interest in his potential transition to mixed martial arts.

Dillon Danis Debut in MMA

Dillon Danis made his début in mixed martial arts on April 28, 2018, under the Bellator banner. However, the transition from BJJ to MMA was not without controversy.

Logan Paul is returning to boxing and will face Dillon Danis. All of this will occur on October 14 in Manchester, England, as part of a major event in which KSI will fight Tommy Fury. This is Logan Paul’s first legitimate boxing match since June 2021, when he faced Floyd Mayweather in a unique bout.

Recently, Logan has been wrestling for WWE and developing energy beverages for KSI. Now, however, he and KSI, who both gained online fame, will compete in significant matches on the same day.

Paul was one of the first online celebrities to begin boxing. He fought KSI twice, who was once his rival but is now his comrade. In October, both Paul and KSI will be the headliners at the same event.
