- Go to the Website of the Settlement
- To submit a claim, click “Submit Claim.”
- To amend your claim, click the link located at the top of the page (“Filed A Claim? Click Here to Edit Your Claim”).
- To access and modify your claim, please provide the Notice ID and Confirmation Code listed at the top of this notice.
- Proceed to the third question in the “Details” section of the form (“Are you filing a claim for a current account, a deleted account, or a combination of both?”).
- Choose between “Current Account(s)”, “Deleted Account(s),” and “Both Current and Deleted Accounts.”
- Complete the required fields pertaining to your account(s), as applicable.

Administrative and court costs will be deducted from the total settlement amount to create a “net settlement fund,” from which payments will be made.
The quantity each claimant receives will then be based on the duration of their Facebook usage and the total number of claimants.
Each eligible claimant will receive “one point for each month” their Facebook account was active during the eligibility window. Once the total number of claimants and their points, as well as the total settlement fund amount, have been determined, each person will receive a predetermined amount multiplied by their total number of points.
