4. Input the Activation Code
After login, a window will pop up saying “Enter your activation code”.
Put the 5-character code in the space provided just like it is on the screen of the TV (case-sensitivity may not matter).
Press “Activate” or “Submit”.
5. Confirmation & Streaming
A confirmation message on the webpage should appear after the successful activation.
Change the view to your television, it should automatically sign in (or refresh) and then you can start streaming.
Restart the app if nothing is showing on your TV screen, or the device if the problem persists.
The code doesn’t show on TV: Check if the app is the latest version, if the internet connection of the TV is good, and if needed restart the device.
The code says “invalid”: The code is only valid for a limited time. If it is already expired, go back in the app, sign out and in or navigate to the activation option again to get a new code.
If the app is not in your TV’s store or your TV is incompatible: Verify that your TV model is supported. For instance: Apple TV app version 6.2.0+, Android TV app version 6.2.0+.
Region restrictions: If you are not in Australia or using a VPN, you might get a message like “Sorry, 10 Play is not available in your region.” Bandwith problems / buffering: Make sure that your TV is connected to a stable internet source and if possible use a wired connection or make sure that the WiFi signal is strong.
Re-installing helps with most issues: The removal of the app, reinstalling it, and then doing the activation again is the method that most people use to solve the problem that keeps coming back with their devices.
