Visit primevideo.com in your browser and hover over profile image in the top right corner.
Now click on Sign in.
Type in your registered email address or phone number under Email or mobile phone number.
Click Continue once you are done.
Now, type in your Amazon account’s password.
Click Sign in to sign into your account.
You will now be signed into your Amazon account. Hover over the profile image in the top right corner of your screen again.
Now click on Account & Settings.
Click Channels at the top.
Scroll down and click Cancel Channel beside Paramount +.
Click on Turn off auto-renew and watch until [Date] where [Date] is your next billing date on which the subscription will be canceled.
You will now be prompted to take a survey. Click and select your preferred answer from the choices on your screen.
You will now be taken back to the Channels page and it should read Restart Channel beside Paramount + at the bottom.
