“Outlook on the Web is not functioning,” wrote one user. When attempting to access the email website, an error message is displayed. It states, “Service Unavailable,” followed by “HTTP Error 503. “There is no service available.” “We are investigating an issue with web-based Outlook access. The administrative centre contains additional information under EX571516,” the company stated.

“We are evaluating our networking systems and recent updates to determine the underlying cause of the problem. Microsoft tweeted that additional information is available in the admin centre under the EX571516 heading.

We’ve identified repercussions for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business. Through MO571683, we provide complete impact details and updates for these services. “Exchange and Outlook on the web updates will continue to be provided via EX571516,” Microsoft stated in its most recent tweet.

As Microsoft Outlook is primarily used for the right communication and has systems and processes designed for that communication, the management was having trouble assigning work to their employees properly, which sparked a social media meme frenzy about how people can relax in the absence of communication services.

Downdetector.com, which monitors outages by compiling status reports from sources, including user-submitted errors on its platform, reported that in February of this year, there were more than 2,000 incidents of individuals reporting problems with Outlook.

At least three disruptions have affected Microsoft services since the beginning of the year.

Downdetector monitors outages by collecting status updates from multiple sources, including users.
