WhatsApp Business App Introduces New Features for Enhanced Benefits

The business has also revealed new strategies for connecting with clients more effectively.

WhatsApp Business App Introduces New Features for Enhanced Benefits: According to a recent announcement by WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta, users of the WhatsApp Business app will be able to create Facebook and Instagram advertising that links to WhatsApp without a Facebook account. The business has also revealed new strategies for connecting with clients more effectively.

Soon, WhatsApp Business users who operate their whole operation on the platform will be able to develop, buy, and post Facebook or Instagram ads directly from the app. They may start with an email address and a method of payment instead of a Facebook account, according to this. Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, posted on Facebook that “soon the 200M+ users of the WhatsApp Business app will be able to create Facebook and Instagram ads to find and connect with new customers, without needing a Facebook account.” Also read: Facebook owner is prompted to assess measures to maintain election integrity by Meta’s Oversight Board.

Potential customers may ask questions, view items, and place orders by clicking on these adverts, which will launch a WhatsApp chat. According to Meta, these advertisements are one of the greatest methods to entice potential clients to message them on WhatsApp, which will open up new opportunities for small businesses that exclusively use WhatsApp and are looking for a less complicated approach to begin promoting.

Then what?

In the WhatsApp Business app, WhatsApp is experimenting with a new feature that will allow small companies to send customised messages to their clients, such as birthday greetings, appointment reminders, or news of a holiday discount.

This new feature will enable companies to send personalised messages with the customer’s name and customizable buttons for actions to certain customer lists, such as those with a specified label such as VIP customers or new customers, rather than having to manually send the same message to several consumers. The day and time when the messages are sent can be scheduled.

However, the WhatsApp Business app will charge for this service, and the business will provide additional information later.

On Android beta, WhatsApp is simultaneously delivering new icons for communities and the groups they are connected to.

According to WaBetaInfo, the community symbol used to have curved edges to help users distinguish it from other chats.

Additionally, one of the groups connected to the community was displayed with several group icons, signifying that it is a group connected to others and that it is a member of a community.

However, the site is getting better at telling communities and their associated groups apart from other types of conversations thanks to the new symbols.
