JNVST Admission 2022: NVS Class 6 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Registration begins

Students seeking admission to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in class VI can apply online at navodaya.gov.in, the NVS's official website. The deadline for applications is January 31, 2023, 2021.

JNVST Admission 2022: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has begun the registration process for the JNVST, the entrance exam for admission to class VI for the academic year 2023-24. Students seeking admission to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in class VI can apply online at navodaya.gov.in, the NVS’s official website. The deadline for applications is January 31, 2023, 2021. Students will be chosen based on their performance in the JNVST 2023 exam. The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST 2022) will take place on April 29, 2023.

Qualifications and Age Limit

To take this entrance exam, the candidate must have been born between 1 May 2011 and 30 April 2013. (both dates inclusive). Candidates in the fifth grade in the academic year 2022-23 from government / government aided or other recognised schools are eligible to apply. Students wishing to apply for admission to Navodaya Vidyalaya must be in the fifth grade at a school in the same district.

Paper Pattern

The selection test will last two hours. The exam will be administered from 11:30 a.m. to 01:30 p.m. There will be three sections of objective questions. There will be a total of 80 questions, each worth 100 points.

Arithmetic Test—20 Questions

—25 Marks

—30 Minutes

Language Test—-20 Questions

—25 Marks

—30 Minutes

TOTAL —–80 QUESTIONS

—100 MARKS—1 HOUR

  • A new page will open, and candidates must click on the registration link to proceed.
  • Fill out the application form and submit it along with the application fee.
  • Click the submit button.

Students from rural areas will fill 75 percent of the district’s seats.

Reservations for SC, ST, OBC, and Divyang will be made in accordance with government regulations.
