House and Auto of Philip Rivers

Philip Rivers, while playing for the Indianapolis Colts, resided in a modest (by pro athlete standards) Westfield property that he purchased for $995,000 in 2020. The house on Majestic Oak Court in the Brookside neighbourhood is presently advertised for $1,049,000. For Home-A-Rama 2013, Old Town Design Group built a 7,500-square-foot, five-bedroom, six-bathroom craftsman-style home.

On the main level of the house are the master suite, four fireplaces, a great room with high ceilings, and a gas fireplace. A hearth room off the kitchen provides access to a covered external living space with a fireplace. A walkout cellar is outfitted with a wet bar, wine closet, spacious gym and projection theatre system. Outside, there is a completely enclosed backyard and a gas fire pit.

During his time with the Chargers, he built a residence on a one-acre lot in the guard-gated neighbourhood of Santaluz. The 6,844 square foot mansion has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a cinema room, an office, and an open-plan living area. After joining the Colts, he sold the property for $4.199 million.

Rivers purchased a luxury SUV with a cinema theatre in 2017 so he could study while travelling. The vehicle costs more than $200,000 USD. According to reports, before changing his mind, he momentarily considered helicopters and carpooling. The office SUV addressed his two biggest concerns.

Currently, he drives a 2008 Ford F. Despite being one of the highest-paid NFL athletes, he does not live in luxury. His cherished, family-friendly automobile has always been his primary mode of conveyance.

The Philip Rivers Charity

Philip Rivers, quarterback for the San Diego Chargers, and his wife Tiffany founded the Rivers of Hope Foundation in 2009 to assist unwanted, abandoned, and orphaned children in finding stable, loving homes. The non-profit organisation has donated over $1 million to foster care organisations. However, as of 2012, the foundation no longer exists.

In 2014, Rivers participated in a campaign that benefited the Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego. The ‘Change the Game’ initiative, launched in 2019 by Philip Rivers and his wife Tiffany, seeks to raise funds and awareness for Type 1 Diabetes through Tiffany Rivers and her business partner Marissa DeLecce’s swimwear company, Hermoza.
