Bayless had a radio job before this with the ESPN Radio show “The Fabulous Sports Babe.” He was hired full-time by ESPN in 2004 to lead a daily TV show with Woody Paige. This part of the show was changed to “First Take,” and he left the network in June 2016. Bayless and Sharpe started their show, “Skip and Shannon: Undisputed,” that same year.
