Board Exam 2023: Follow these tips for better performance in CISCE, CBSE and UP Board 12th Exam
Make time to get some fresh air, avoid junk food, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, exercise, and sleep enough. Stress can be reduced by maintaining a healthy mind and body.
While revising, avoid using your phone frequently. This may bother you. So give your phone to your parents to keep while you study.
You must have done a lot of revision and attempted a lot of mock test papers by now. Keep all exam papers and important notes properly organised according to the exam date, so that they can be easily reviewed at the last minute.
Attempting to cram is never a good idea, and staying up all night can exacerbate your anxiety. Get enough sleep in this case. You should sleep for 9 to 10 hours per night. A good night’s sleep can help you feel more refreshed and energetic for the exam.
