According to the notification, the following instructions are provided for the conduct of practical exams for students in classes 10 and 12:

  • Marks for practical examinations must be uploaded simultaneously, starting with the start of the exam and ending by the last class date.

  • School districts are responsible for arranging practical answer books for students in Class 10; the Board does not provide practical answer books. Once the exams are over, students’ practical answer books are not required to be sent to the regional office.

  • For practical exams and project assessments in specific subjects, the Board will appoint external examiners.

  • Unless otherwise instructed, payments for duty-assigned individuals will be made through the Integrated Payment System.

  • In the event that schools fail to comply with the Board’s directions, the Board reserves the right to cancel the practical examination.

  • Private students will be awarded marks for Practical Exams, Projects, and Internal Assessments in accordance with the Board’s policy as outlined in its Bye-laws. If a re-conduct is necessary, it will also follow the Board’s policy.

  • Students sponsored through the list of candidates for classes X and XII will be evaluated on the basis of their eligibility and bonafide status through practical examinations, projects, and internal assessments. A school should promptly contact the regional office if any student’s name is not included on the subject list.
