SSC issued a clarification regarding exams result date

The Staff Selection Committee (SSC) had postponed several recruitment exams due to the coronavirus pandemic. Now, SSC has issued a notification regarding their new dates. The Commission organized a special meeting to review the situation and decided on the pending and postponed examinations.

SSC said that decision will be taken after 3rd May 2020 on the new date for CHSL Tier 1 2019 (SSC CHSL Tier 1 Exam 2019) Exam, Junior Engineer (Paper 1) Exam 2019, Stenographer Group C and D Exam 2019 and Skill Test for CHSL 2018 Exam The decision will be taken after 3 May.

According to the SSC notification, new dates for all these exams will be released on the main and regional websites of the commission. Apart from the examinations, it was decided in the meeting of SSC that all officers and employees of SSC will pay their one day salary in the PM Care Funds.

The controversy regarding unfair means (UFM) in the SSC CHSL exam has also become a big issue. The SSC has decided to constitute a committee of experts to investigate the complaints of disqualified candidates on the basis of unfair means (UFM) in CHSL 2018 (Tier-2).
