UCEED, CEED 2020 update: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has announced the important dates for CEED and UCEED 2020. According to a notification, the exam will be held on January 18 and the registration process for the same will begin from October 9.
Candidates appearing for the exam should note that IIT Bombay has made changes in the exam pattern of both UCEED and CEED.
There is a reduction in the number of questions and minor alteration in the marking scheme as well. This apart, there is change in the marking scheme of part A as well.
All types of candidates whether a national or a foreigner are eligible to appear for the entrance. Check UCEED Eligibility. The duration of the exam will be 3 hours. The question paper consists of 3 sections in the English language with a total of 300 marks.

UCEED 2019 Marking scheme
UCEED 2019 is conducted for total duration of 3 hours for 300 marks questions, which are well distributed in three parts. Section A comprises questions related to numerical ability. Section B comprises multiple select questions so there can be more than one correct answer. One needs to use a virtual keyboard to feed in the answers. The marking scheme for both the sections remain same.

IIT Bombay has released the result of CEED 2019 on March 4, 2019 at the official portal. Candidates can visit the website to check their result by using login credentials.
This year, 1179 candidates have qualified the exam out of 5491 candidates. Qualified candidates will be called for counselling process starting from the last week of March 2019.
