Bihar Teacher Recruitment 2023: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) and Bihar Education department have decided to suspend the results of the teacher recruitment examination for B.Ed pass candidates. This may make it more difficult for B.Ed aspirants to become government teachers in the near future.

Approximately 3,9 lakh B.Ed candidates enrolled for the primary level (classes 1 through 5) in the August 24-26 teacher recruitment examination.

The Bihar government will now only hire candidates with a Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) for its 1.7 lakh positions.
