CBSE Class 12 Accountancy answer book pattern: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has recently declared significant modifications to the CBSE Class 12 Accountancy Answer Book format in NEW DELHI. Students in the Commerce stream should be aware that the modification will take effect beginning with the board examinations of 2024.
Principals of schools affiliated with the CBSE were duly notified by the Board regarding the removal of answer booklets that included printed tables for the Accountancy subject. Beginning with the 2024 board examinations, the format of the Class 12 accountancy answer papers will be consistent with that of other subjects.
“I am pleased to inform you that as of the Board Examination, 2024, the CBSE has made the decision, in response to feedback from stakeholders, to eliminate the use of answer books that included tables for the subject of accountancy. “As of Examinations-2024, answer books in the same format as those used for other subjects in Class XII will also be made available for the Accountancy subject,” the official notice states.Board Exams of the CBSE in 2024
The CBSE had previously declared that the Class 10, 12 board examinations for 2024 would commence on February 15, 2024. The CBSE Controller of Examinations, Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj, has declared that the board examinations will commence on February 15 and conclude on April 10, 2024, after an estimated duration of 55 days.

The Class 10 CBSE examinations 2024 are anticipated to take place between February 15 and March 21, 2024. In contrast, the Class 12 examinations are planned to take place from February 17 to April 10, 2024. Furthermore, the tentative dates for the CBSE practical exams 2024 for Classes 10 and 12 are January 2 through February 14, 2024.
The theory portion of the CBSE 12th Accountancy examination 2024 will be worth 80 points, while the project or assignment will be worth 20 points. The Accountancy Class 12 examination consists of 34 questions divided into two sections. Part A comprises all mandatory questions, while Part B presents two elective choices: financial statement analysis or computerized accounting.
