Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board GSHSEB has released the academic calendar

Gujarat Board Exam Date 2023: Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has released the academic calendar for the session 2022-2023. According to the calendar, Gujarat Board will conduct the 10th-12th examination from March 14, 2023 to March 31, 2023.

GSHSEB has also declared that the board will follow the old exam pattern before covid which is the exam pattern before covid time.

The Gujarat Board Exam Syllabus has been reduced by 30 to 35 percent for the last two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Well, from this academic session the board will conduct the exam with the complete syllabus. This year the schools will be open for 241 days and the first term which started from 10th June will run till 19th October 2022.

Schools will remain closed on October 20 for the 21-day Diwali holiday. The first session exam will start from October 10, 2022. The second session will start from November 10 and will continue till April 30, 2023.

The first term exam will cover the syllabus taught from June to September and the second will cover the syllabus taught from June to January.

The second session exam will consist of 30% syllabus to be taught from June to September and 70% syllabus from October to January.

GSEB will conduct the prelims exam for class 9th to 12th from January 27 to February 4, 2023 and the scholarship exam for class 9th will be conducted on February 7, 2023. Gujarat Board’s 9th and 11th final examination will be held from April 10 to April 21. The next academic session 2023-24 will start from June 5.
