Depending on their eligibility and qualifications, students can choose between a two-year master of technology in data science and AI. Or a four-year bachelor of science in data science and AI at the IIT-Madras Zanzibar Campus. Students of all nationalities, including Indians, are welcome to apply to the programmes.

In addition to a thorough curriculum that covers every facet of data science and artificial intelligence. Students will have access to a number of exciting options while pursuing their studies. They include the opportunity to complete some course requirements on the IIT-Madras campus in Chennai. As well as study abroad and semester exchange programmes with partner universities of the IIT-M in the UK and Australia.

IIT-Madras’ Zanzibar campus director-in-charge Preeti Aghalayam, dean of the school of engineering and science, stated, “The selection procedure would comprise a screening test (which is an aptitude test including mathematics, science, English, and analytical skills), and faculty interviews. For the BS programme, applicants must have completed Class XII, Form VI, or an equivalent exam within the last three years. For the M Tech programme, applicants must have completed a four-year UG degree.
