Jamia Millia Islamia issues notification for PhD, registration starts from 22 November

Jamia Ph.D Notification: If you have been thinking about doing a Doctor of Philosophy, or Ph.D, for a long time, we have good news for you: Jamia Millia Islamia has released the notification for PhD admission for the academic year 2022-2023. The online application process will begin on November 22nd. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website www.jmi.ac.in until December 22. Jamia Millia Islamia, on the other hand, will issue a detailed notification after some time.

According to Jamia’s official announcement, “the online application form for admission to the PhD programme for the academic session 2022-2023 will be made available on the university’s examination website, jmicoe.in.” Candidates who meet the educational requirements may apply for admission to the Ph.D. programme. The application process will begin on November 22, 2022 and end on December 22, 2022.”

Candidates who passed their exams in or before the academic session 2021-2022 may also apply for admission to the Ph.D. programme.

Ph.D. Educational Requirements

Candidates for the Ph.D programme must have a postgraduate degree from a recognised institute in the subject in which they wish to work. Candidates must have a postgraduate grade point average of 55% to 60% in order to apply. Before applying, candidates should read the information about admission to a PhD programme at any institute.
