NTA invited PM Young Achievers Scholarship entrance test for 9th 11th students

The exam will be in MCQ format. In which there will be a computer based test of 3 hours on 4 subjects (Math, Science, Political Science and General Knowledge).

PM YOUNG ACHIEVERS SCHOLARSHIP: National Testing Agency (NTA) has invited applications from school students for the PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India (YAASASVI) Entrance Test, 2022.

NTA said, “The scheme/syllabus of the examination, eligibility, list of schools identified, examination city, important dates related to the examination, etc. have been given in the information bulletin hosted on the concerned”.

PM YOUNG ACHIEVERS SCHOLARSHIP: Know-Eligibility Criteria

– The scholarship is open to the following categories of students of class 9 and 11.

– The applicant must be an Indian citizen.

They should belong to OBC or EBC or DNT category.

The student must have cleared class 8th and 10th.

The annual income of the parent/guardian should not exceed Rs 2.5 lakh.

Candidates applying for class 9th examination must have been born between 01-04-2006 to 31-03-2010.

Candidate applying for class 11 examination must have been born between 01-04-2004 to 31-03-2008.

Boys and Girls both are eligible to apply.

Scholarship will be at two levels

– For students studying in class 9
– For students studying in class 11

YASASVI Entrance Exam

The candidates will be shortlisted through the entrance test to be held on September 11.

The exam will be in MCQ format. In which there will be a computer based test of 3 hours on 4 subjects (Math, Science, Political Science and General Knowledge).

The exam will be of total 400 marks.

There is no exam fee.

The entrance test will be based on the NCERT syllabus of class 8 for admission in class 9 and students will be required to study the syllabus of class 10 for admission in class 11.

Step 1- First of all visit the official website yet.nta.ac.in.

Step 2- Go to the link “/c/register/” and register yourself.

Step 3- Here /c/login/ fill in the details asked to login.

Step 5- The application process was started from 27th July and the last date to submit the form is 26th August till 11:50 pm.
