Three-day workshop: The Department of Business Administration at Aligarh Muslim University Kishanganj Centre in Bihar organized the three-day workshop on “Mendeley and Zotero for Seamless Research,” which drew over 90 participants from both domestic and foreign universities.
The workshop is very relevant for research scholars and postgraduate students, according to the chief guest, Prof. Salma Ahmad (Dean, Faculty of Management Research and Studies, AMU). Its goal is to train the next generation of researchers and faculty members who would like to learn how to draught literature reviews using Mendeley and Zotero software as well as artificial intelligence.
She talked on how the development of new technologies and artificial intelligence has affected research over time, which has an impact on how literature reviews are written.

Dr. Mohammad Hasan, an assistant professor at the IILM Academy of Higher Learning, served as the resource person. He spoke primarily on the literature review and how it may be written utilising AI and literary software.
In addition to providing hands-on instruction in systematic literature review and search and keyword procedure, he assisted the participants in becoming more familiar with databases, research papers, journals, and literature reviews. He also gave the participants practical instruction.
Prior to the session, Mr. Shafee Ahmad, the Acting Director of the AMU Kishanganj Centre, welcomed the attendees and the guest speakers. He also outlined the programme’s key elements.
An MBA student named Dayanat Shahwar organised the launch event. Dr. Hasan was presented by Janvi Deep Banker after Mohd Kashan provided an outline of the programme.The programme was led by Dr. Mohd Yousuf Javed, who also gave a vote of gratitude.
