UKPSC Forest Guard 2022: The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has announced a record verification programme for Forest Guard Examination 2022 candidates who passed the Physical Eligibility Test/Physical Efficiency Test (PET/PEET). The record verification will take place between September 22, 2023 and October 11, 2023 in the Examination Hall of the UKPSC in Haridwar.
Documents Required
Candidates shortlisted for record verification must submit the following materials to the Commission office by the specified date:
- Self-signed copy of the online application form and checklist
- All certificates pertaining to mandatory educational requirements, preferred qualifications, reservations, etc.
- Two sets of self-attested photocopies are required for each document.
- Two recent passport size photographs
The verification of the records will be conducted in two sessions, each lasting from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Candidates must be in the examination room by 9:00 a.m. for the first session and 1:00 p.m. for the second session.
At the time of record verification, candidates must submit a certificate stating that their normal vision defect does not exceed +/- 4.00 diopters. The aforementioned certificate will only be legitimate if issued by an authorised government hospital.
Candidates who fail to present in person at the UKPSC, Haridwar on the date specified for record verification will not be considered for the final selection result.
According to the provisions outlined in the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Examination Result Preparation Procedure 2022 (as amended), the final selection result will be announced to the eligible candidates approved by the UKPSC based on their merit.
