On Sunday evening, Taylor Swift was spotted on the streets of Los Angeles ahead of her expected appearance at the Golden Globe Awards.

On Sunday night, the 34-year-old will attend the Golden Globes 2024 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California along with a slew of other Hollywood stars and celebrities.

In the absence of Travis Kelce, Swift has been keeping herself busy when visiting friends.

She certainly dressed to impress on Saturday night, wearing an all-black ensemble that perfectly complemented her laced knee-high boots.

Swift appears to be favoring black more and more recently. In December, she wore a black outfit to celebrate her birthday in New York City.

Her outfit on that occasion featured a subtle midnight theme, whereas this striking outfit featured a more classic design.

Her new best friend Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, accompanied her on the outing.

In what capacity is Taylor Swift attending the Golden Globes?

Swift’s huge popularity has led to her being nominated for this year’s Golden Globes, which celebrate the best in film and television.

It has been announced that Taylor Swift: Eras Tour is one of eight films nominated for the Cinematic and Box Office Achievement Award, a new award for the highest-grossing films of 2023.

The other contenders for the award include: Barbie; Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3; John Wick: Chapter 4; Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1; Oppenheimer; Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse; and The Super Mario Bros Movie.

While Swift has never won a Golden Globe, if she does collect the award, it won’t be the first time she surprises.
