This year, over 10 lakh students participated in the class 10 examinations, which were held from April 6 to April 20 at 3986 exam centres across the state.

The class 12 results were announced on May 8, 2023, with a passing rate of 94.03%. The females outperformed the boys with a pass rate of 96.38 percent, compared to 91.45 percent for the boys. Out of the 8,03,385 students who took the exam, 7,55,451 were successful. In the subject of accounting, a total of 6573 students achieved a perfect score.
