The background of National Productive Business Civility Day

In the mid-1700s, the Industrial Revolution began in Great Britain, resulting in a surge of inventiveness and the invention of the steam engine, which led to the overthrow of the status quo. Farmworkers and people from rural areas began to migrate to cities in pursuit of employment in mines and industries. In 1794, a few decades later, the cotton gin was devised.
