Walmart has confirmed that it will open four new stores in Florida in early 2026. This move is part of a larger plan by the company to grow and update stores across the country.

In early 2024, Walmart shared its national plan. The company said it would build new stores or convert old ones at more than 150 locations. It also said it would remodel many existing stores. These changes follow the new idea called the “Store of the Future”. Florida plays an important role in this plan because of its large population and strong customer demand.
