WHOOP Life Membership: Features, Benefits, and Savings Explained

WHOOP is a health tracker that monitors sleep, stress, recovery, and more. Chase Sapphire Reserve and Preferred cardholders can get up to $359 or $100 off through May 12, 2026.

WHOOP Life Membership: WHOOP is a small gadget you wear on your wrist that can watch how your body works. It checks your sleep, stress, how much your body works out, and over 140 things you do every day. This helps you understand your health better. WHOOP also gives you weekly plans and personal advice to help you feel better. One cool thing it shows is your “WHOOP age.” This is a number that tells if your body is getting older faster or slower than your actual age.

How to get WHOOP almost Free?

If you have a Chase bank card, you can save money on WHOOP. First, you need to turn on the WHOOP offer in the Chase Offers section in your online account. After that, you go to WHOOP’s page for Chase Sapphire cards or WHOOP.com to buy it.

The offer gives you either a $100 or $359 statement credit depending on your card. This works if you buy a WHOOP annual membership, which comes with the device, by May 12, 2026. The credit will show up in your account in about 14 business days. This deal only works for people in the US buying directly from whoop.com.

WHOOP Offer for Different Chase Cards

If you have a Chase Sapphire Reserve card, you can save $359 on the WHOOP Life annual plan. This plan costs $359 and comes with a WHOOP band called the Obsidian with a Titanium SuperKnit Luxe band, a wireless PowerPack, and the WHOOP MG device. You still need to pay taxes. For example, one person said their tax cost was $25.13.

If you have a Chase Sapphire Preferred card, the deal is a little smaller. You get a $100 statement credit on any WHOOP membership. After turning on the offer, you can pick any membership like One, Peak, or Life. Then you pay with your Chase Sapphire Preferred card and the $100 credit will appear.

Is the WHOOP Deal Worth It?

If you were thinking about getting a WHOOP, this deal is pretty good. You can save $100 or $359 depending on your card. If you never thought about WHOOP but like health trackers like the Oura Ring, this is a chance to compare. If you also have a Platinum Card® from American Express, you can get a statement credit of up to $200 for an Oura Ring. So it might be worth seeing which one works best for you.

In the end, there are two Chase Offers for WHOOP, and they last until May 12, 2026.

  • One gives $359 off the Life annual membership if you have a Chase Sapphire Reserve card.
  • The other gives $100 off any membership if you have a Chase Sapphire Preferred card.

These credits can make the WHOOP almost free, except for taxes.
