The city of Edmonds
The Edmonds Chamber of Commerce has annually organised the Edmonds Fourth of July Parade since 1907, and 2023 will be no exception. Tuesday, July 4, at noon, the parade will begin at 6th Avenue South, cross Walnut Street, ascend 5th Avenue South to Main Street, and conclude at 4th Avenue North and Daley Street. A Children’s Parade will also commence 30 minutes prior to the main parade, beginning at the intersection of 5th Avenue South and Walnut Street and proceeding up 5th Avenue South to Main Street.
A Baby Brackett 1k and Beat Brackett 5k race will also begin at 8 a.m. from Edmonds City Park through the picturesque community of Woodway. providing an exhilarating and athletic beginning to a day of eating barbecue and apple pie.
Bring your peanut butter and jelly sandwich fixings for the Edmonds Food Bank PBJ Drive and come hungry, as several food vendors will be offering their delectable wares.
The city of Everett
This year’s Fourth of July celebrations in Everett include live music, free putt putt gold and axe throwing, a beer garden, several kid-friendly activities, and the largest pyrotechnics display in Snohomish County, Thunder at the Bay, which begins at 10 p.m. at Legion Park. Don’t fill up on hotdogs and potato salad before you arrive at the festival; you’ll want to save space for the dozen food truck options that will satisfy your hunger.
On July 4, at 11:00 a.m., Everett will host its largest and most festive parade in honour of Independence Day. The parade begins at Colby Avenue and 25th Street. This route travels south to Wall Street, turns left onto Wall Street, then right onto Wetmore Avenue and north to 25th Street.

Best Places to Enjoy the Fourth of July in Snohomish County: Marysville
On July 4, Marysville will host its fifth annual Fourth of July celebration at Ebey Waterfront Park commencing at 7 p.m.
Prior to the pyrotechnics display, there will be food trucks and photo opportunities in the park and along the first street between 7:00 and 18:00.

Arlington, Virginia
This year, the Fourth of July commemoration in Arlington begins at 7 a.m. with a pancake breakfast at Haller Park. Following the Kiwanis silent auction at 8 a.m., the Peddle Paddle Puff Triathlon and the Freedom 5k Colour Run will get your adrenaline pumping at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., respectively.
The Stilly Beer and Wine garden opens at 2:00 p.m., and the Lifeway Hometown Carnival features activities, balloons, face painting and more from noon to 4:00 p.m. at Legion Park.
The Kiddies Parade will commence at 4:30 p.m. on Olympic Avenue, followed by the Main Parade at 5:00 p.m. Then, immediately prior to the spectacular fireworks display at Quake Park, a Great Stilly Duck Dash will be conducted at 7 p.m. in Haller Park.
The pyrotechnics display for the evening begins at 10:00 p.m.
Best Places to Enjoy the Fourth of July in Snohomish County: The city of Snohomish
Franklin Farms in Snohomish is hosting a Red, White, and Brews celebration with live music, games, food trucks, and a spectacular pyrotechnics display. In addition, local beers will be served to those over the age of 21, and numerous vendors will sell their one-of-a-kind crafts and collectibles.
Tickets are $25, with proceeds benefiting a fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Project. The event is from 5:00 pm until 12:00 am.
