Endorphins are derived from the words ‘endogenous,’ which means within the body, and morphine,’ which is an opiate painkiller. And the hormone is known as a natural analgesic. They are prevalent in food, imbibing, physical fitness, and sexual activity. They alleviate bodily discomfort and provide enjoyment. It also helps the body deal with the discomfort of exercise because endorphins make us joyful. 2. DOPAMINE

It is a neurotransmitter, which means it transmits a signal from the body to the brain, and it is a naturally occurring substance in the human body. 3. SEROTONIN

Similar to other hormones, serotonin is a chemical that promotes an individual’s well-being. It is primarily found in blood platelets, the brain, and the intestines, and it is released when we act or attempt to help others, such as nature or society. 4. OXYTOCIN

Oxytocin, also known as the love hormone, is associated with childbirth and lactation, as well as empathy, trust, sexual activity, and relationship development.
