Sugar provides immediate relief and has a pleasant taste in the mouth. Using crushed sugar (powdered sugar) to treat a burnt tongue is more effective.

Ice Crystals:

If you have accidentally burned your tongue while consuming your favourite dish without knowing the temperature. If you cannot find sugar, you can substitute ice cubes from the refrigerator. Select a few and place them on your tongue. As long as ice cubes are placed on the tongue, you will feel better, and the burning sensation will cease. You can also use ice cubes to massage your tongue.

Mint-Flavored Toothpaste:

If you have severely burned your tongue and are unable to speak as a result, apply mint toothpaste. Remove your tongue from your mouth until the paste has dried. Then, wash it and consume a sweet food, such as honey or chocolate. Honey can actually be used as an anti-burn agent. Also helpful for a burned tongue is honey. Instantaneous relief and the cooling properties of mint are excellent remedies for a burned tongue.

Maintain an extended tongue and breathe:

If you are unable to locate any of the items listed above, simply keep your tongue out of your mouth and allow cool air to touch your burnt tongue. This will provide you with pain relief. Inhale through the mouth. Inhale so that oxygen touches and soothes a burned tongue. Continue breathing until you feel better.

Rescue Water:
