However, documents obtained by E! News on August 23 indicate that the two have reached an agreement. Berry and Martinez shall share legal and physical possession of Maceo.
In addition, according to the agreement, Catwoman will pay for Maceo’s tuition, school uniforms, and supplies for as long as he attends private school, as well as pay Martinez $8,000 per month in child support and “4.3 percent of any income she receives above $2,000,000.” In the agreements, football is listed as an extracurricular activity that Berry will also be responsible for funding.
Berry’s representatives have not yet responded to requests for comment from E! News. Nevertheless, Martinez’s legal team released the following statement:
