Marlo Hampton Admits to Losing Weight with Ozempic!
Marlo Hampton was unable to sustain her weight loss over an extended period of time. During COVID-19, she regained all of her lost weight. She reported gaining weight in 2020 after stepping on the scale during self-quarantine and discovering that the figures were not skewed in favor of fitness.
She took a picture of the number 199.8 and captioned it with the phrase “S–t just got real!!!!” while cursing the coronavirus and self-quarantine. “Diet begins RIGHT NOW!” she added.
Marlo Hampton was able to maintain her weight loss up until the quarantine by adhering to her diet of two shakes, one protein bar divided in half, two meals of protein and green vegetables, 96 ounces of water, and three beverages. She was unable to remain in quarantine, so she gained all of her weight back.
Marlo Hampton stated she would resume her regimen, and she may have done so. Since 2020, she has lost weight, but it is possible that this is due to her use of Ozempic. During the RHOA reunion, she disclosed that she used a generic weight loss medication to achieve her new appearance.
